Quality Student-built sheds

Oakmont High School construction trades students are again building the popular 8' x 10', and custom storage sheds (see picture at right). These sheds are built with superior materials and craftmanship, ad are less expensive then buying from a commercial dealer. The sheds are made entirely by students, and all proceeds from their sale go directly back to the program.

Viking Built Shed Standard Features

• No cement pad needed! Our quality-built shed sits on 4x6 PT skids!
• Pressure treated 4x6 floor grinders support all 2x6 floor joists on 16" centers
• ¾" Tongue and Groove flooring. All flooring is glued down for no squeaks!
• 2x4 wall studs on 16" centers
• 30 year composition roof with drip edge
• 5/8" T-111 Doug Fir Siding. Pre-Primed
• Stanley steel-clad door with deadbolt and door lock ($275 option on other manufacturers). Very secure!
• 3’x3’ dual pane window
• Multiple screened vents
• 9 ½” rafter overhang capped with 2x6 barge rafters.
